Service Care Solutions are looking for experienced and qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our team at Worcester NHS on a temporary agency contract. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and dedicated mental health professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide specialist mental health care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community environments.
2. Administer medication and monitor patient progress in line with care plans.
3. Conduct risk assessments and create tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
4. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team, including doctors, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
5. Offer emotional support and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant NHS protocols and safety procedures .
Key Requirements:
7. Valid RMN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
8. Valid Safety Intervention (Advanced and Emergency) certification is essential.
9. Ability to work flexible hours across a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
11. Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, providing leadership and guidance when needed.
12. Experience working within mental health settings, including acute, community, or forensic environments, is highly desirable.

13. Reliability and commitment to maintaining bookings without cancellations or deviations.
14. A positive attitude and willingness to work within established processes and collaborate with the existing team.
15. Enthusiasm to join a successful team and support the delivery of the highest level of care.
Note: Only applicants with a valid RMN registration and Safety Intervention Advanced and Emergency certification will be considered.
