We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) Teacher to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our school. The Role: As a PPA Teacher at our school, you will play a key role in ensuring that all pupils receive high-quality teaching during their teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and flexible teacher who enjoys working with different year groups and bringing a variety of subjects to life. You will be responsible for covering lessons across the primary curriculum, supporting a range of learners, and ensuring a consistent standard of teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities: - Covering classes across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, and KS2) during teachers' PPA time. - Delivering high-quality lessons that are well-planned, engaging, and differentiated to meet the needs of all students. - Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. - Collaborating with other teachers to ensure consistency in teaching and learning. - Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback where necessary. - Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development, creating a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere. - Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management. You will need: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within a primary school setting. - Flexible, with the ability to quickly adapt to different year groups and teaching requirements. - Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils of all abilities. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. - A proactive approach to teaching and a passion for helping students succeed. - A commitment to ensuring all students have access to a rich, broad, and balanced curriculum.
