Job Description
As HR Assistant, you will;
* Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
* Compiling and updating employee records.
* Coordinating HR projects and taking minutes.
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
* Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
* Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
* Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant/Administrator should have:
* Experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
* Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
* Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular).
* Outstanding communication and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
* Organisational and time management skills.
