HR Administrator (Temporary)

To support the HR SSC Department by effectively co-ordinating administrative and training tasks as outlined below.
Main Responsibilities
1. New starters: issuing new starter packs and contracts of employment for blue and white collar employees, setting up new starters on HR and Training systems (SuccessFactors / AIS), ensuring medical conditions are highlighted to Site Management / HSEQ Representatives and any missing information is obtained as per audit requirements.
2. Leavers and transfers: processing leavers (accurately recording reasons for leaving), issuing resignation acknowledgement letters, transferring employees and issuing the relevant contract amendments.
3. Absence: logging sickness and other absence and highlighting excessive periods of sickness.
4. Training: applying for funding and providing required information, adding training and competency records to the training portal.
5. Purchasing: Using SAP to raise PO and issuing the necessary information.
6. References: responding to reference requests.
7. Electronic filing: ensuring all personnel documentation is accurately filed electronically.
Experience & Qualifications
1. Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative role.
3. HR experience would be advantageous.
4. Certificate in Human Resource Practice would be advantageous but not essential.
5. NVQ in Business Administration would be advantageous but not essential.
