Role: Project Manager – Site Accommodation
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
Location: West Bromwich, B70 0TX
You’re an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity to oversee our complex and high-value building projects across Northern Regions. Reporting directly to the Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing major projects for the Site Accommodation business unit, ensuring all necessary measures are taken such that works are carried out safely, whilst providing effective programme and cost control at all times. When not on large-scale projects, assistance will be required on smaller projects including supervision of Project Controller resource.
As our next Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing project installations and dismantles, taking direct responsibility for large and complex projects as allocated by the Regional Project Manager, and ensuring compliance with all legislation and codes of practice relating to Health & Safety. You will also be responsible for coaching, leading, and developing direct reports.
As a Project Manager, you will have:
1. Proven Project Management experience
2. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on complex/high-value building projects
3. A full UK Driving licence
4. Project Management qualification, preferably PMQ
5. CSCS Card to MAP Level
