Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a classroom setting
* Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students
* Support students with behaviour management and social interaction
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assist with administrative tasks related to student progress and development
Required Qualifications:
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Previous teaching experience
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
* Relevant qualifications in education or related field
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in supporting students with SEN
* Experience in behaviour management
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to adapt to different learning styles
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in SEN support
* First aid certification
