Kent has seen significant growth in 3 years, and as a result we would like to recruit another Registered Manager and work alongside our current Registered Manager, Donna.
Typical day as a job title
* You’ll have overall responsibility for around 40 colleagues spread across the rural county
* We work with highly challenging customers who are transitioning from hospital to community settings and for many it’s their first time having a tenancy or living independently in their own home.
* As Team Manager and safeguarding lead, you’ll ensure the high performance and quality assurance of your services using your experience and skills to effectively motivate and direct your colleagues.
* As a subject matter expert, you’ll develop and share your know how, continually supporting your team, making it a great place to work for your colleagues.

You have
* Experience as a People Manager with the skills required to manage and motivate diverse and remote teams across the county
* You will have an excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations and understand the principals of the Transforming Care Agenda
* You hold, or are working towards, your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or you might hold an equivalent qualification.
* You have a good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures, including the fundamental standard regulations
* You have loads of experience of partnership working, as well as having strong inter agency links within health and social care.

You’ll join Operations Manager Ann-Marie and team leaders, we’re super passionate about what we do! You’ll lead a team which is doing things differently and spending more time making a real difference to vulnerable people’s lives.
Job details
* Flexible working hours (or we’re open to agreeing a work pattern with you)
* Hours are loosely 9-5 but of course with any management position we expect a level of flexibility because when there is a crisis, we need you to be around for your teams, and of course this works both ways.
* There is an expectation to participate in an on-call rota.
* Able to use technology
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.
