Commercial (Digital/Tech) Lawyer - Bristol
Chadwick Nott are recruiting a Commercial Digital/Tech Lawyer for an exceptional new opportunity with a leading Top 50 law firm.
Our client is one of the fastest growing UK law firms highly ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories.
We have fresh instructions to recruit a 4+ PQE Commercial Lawyer for their successful and highly ranked team in Bristol which is one of the largest of its size. You will be working with a broad client base including a large number of FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients and will advise on commercial, corporate and regulatory aspects both in the UK and internationally.
The beauty of this role is breadth, no two days are the same. The highly ranked team advise on complex and high-profile technology transactions, digital transformation projects, data protection and cyber security and the use of new technologies such as generative AI often working with developers and suppliers of new products and services.
The successful candidate can expect to work closely alongside the commercial team and various national sector teams assisting businesses adopt and implement digital technologies to enhance their productivity and competitiveness across a range of industries and applications including advanced manufacturing, energy transition, transport and logistics and international trade, amongst others.
To be considered you will have at least 4 years PQE with demonstrated experience of working in the digital tech space together with excellent drafting and communication skills.
