What you'll be doing: The Proposition Manager will be directed to work on strategic initiatives and is responsible for turning high level objectives and concepts into comprehensive, well-articulated business requirements and business cases that they then have approved and help deliver. The Proposition Manager acts as the business lead on projects to develop, deliver and bring to market compliant propositions that meet customer needs and achieve their anticipated business benefits. This role requires the Proposition Manager to identify and evaluate tactical improvements to the proposition - documenting ideas, defining proposals, requirements and creating proposition business cases to justify their development. Generating, evaluating and prioritising ideas through researching customer needs and engaging with Marketing Insight to analyse customer needs and competitors. Managing, enhancing and migrating existing propositions in response to customer, market, business and regulatory drivers Creating proposals and business cases based on sound analysis of customer needs, business objectives and financial analysis. Working collaboratively with relevant Departments to design and define the proposition customer experience based on customer needs. Act as the project business-lead to ensure propositions successfully developed to meet requirements and achieve, or exceed, their anticipated KPIs - whether acting as the project manager for simpler deliverables or part of a project team. What we’re looking for: Evidence of working with senior business stakeholders and sponsors to gather and assess their requirements. Ability to identify and assess different options and decide upon the best course of action which will need to stand up to minute scrutiny and challenge from numerous stakeholders (e.g. financial, time, cost, customer experience, research and insight, product technical, marketing, employers, advisers, trustees, legal, regulatory, TCF, etc.) Ability to articulate proposition business requirements in a logical, unambiguous way. Proven experience of leading on proposition or product development, acting as the business owner in the all aspects of the life-cycle. Proven experience of managing delivery of small propositions and enhancements; and working as part of a wider project team.
