What will I be doing?
1. Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
2. Assist Guests, as necessary
3. Deliver guest mail and express check-out bills to rooms
4. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
5. Assist Night Management with fire walks, and in case of an emergency
6. Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
7. Assist with Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks
What are we looking for?
1. Positive attitude and good communication skills
2. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
3. Excellent grooming standards
4. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
5. Competent level of IT Proficiency
