Buyer Due to continual growth our client is looking for a passionate and skilled Retail Buyer to join their team and help shape the future of their product offerings. Role Overview: As a Retail Buyer, you will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and managing the products we offer to our customers. You’ll work closely with suppliers, monitor market trends, and ensure their product range remains competitive and aligned with customer needs. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for trends, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for retail. This position will be responsible for sourcing all categories of stock which include Women’s, Men’s, Kids clothing, gifting, along with home soft furnishings. Key Responsibilities: • Research and analyse market trends to identify emerging products and opportunities.• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.• Develop and manage product assortments based on customer demand and sales data.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.• Ensure inventory levels are optimised to meet customer demand without overstocking.• Monitor product performance, adjusting strategies based on sales and feedback.
