Supporting the delivery of the onsite trade plan and customer journey for Marketplace, to deliver a robust, relevant and engaging trade plan across a broad range of categories Co-ordinating with the GHS trade team, design, and publishing teams to drive an aligned customer content journey across Web and App, particularly through key events and campaigns. Owning specific event briefs end-to-end, from range nominations, execution, optimisation and review. Making data led decisions to optimise trading content from clicks to conversion - E2E understanding of content performance and making the necessary changes to optimise further in the future. Daily and weekly review of content performance and communicating to the Marketplace Leadership team. Working closely with the Marketplace Operations and Search and Browse teams, to ensure all Marketplace products are discoverable and appear in the relevant taxonomy locations across the site. Pro-actively seek and own new or improved trading opportunities through all onsite and offsite tools. Feeding in to digital product and technology teams to shape roadmap design.
