Description
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
1. Manage complex, multi-party scheduling, working with a mix of external gatekeepers to secure time and organise high-level meetings.
2. Organise visits from VIPs and other guests, including arranging travel and accommodation, organising activities and tours, and being onsite to set up meetings and welcome guests.
3. Maintain accurate filing of board materials, ensuring the proper structure for key portfolio documents. Support with other administrative tasks as needed e.g. expense management, room bookings, and calendar coordination.
4. Participate in team meetings to stay updated on priorities and sensitive matters, enabling a more proactive and effective level of support.
5. Plan and coordinate team offsites and events, keeping to budgets and managing logistics.
6. Go beyond the day-to-day tasks to identify ways of improving team workflows, fine-tuning processes, and flagging opportunities that elevate the team's effectiveness.
Alongside a competitive salary, this role offers flexible and hybrid working opportunities. This is a part-time position working 32 hours per week, ideally over 5 days but 4 days may be considered.
The role will start ASAP but 4-weeks notice may be considered. There will be a 2-stage interview process including a skills-based test.

This role is hybrid working, based in central Oxford. Due to the central location, there is no parking available - you will need to use public transport.
