Brief Description

About the role (External)
Provide business support for a set of Network Rail applications.
What will you be doing?
1. Maintain and update reference data for a set of Network Applications to preserve and promote their accuracy, completeness and integrity.
2. Manage the creation, transfer and validation of data to and between Network Rail and external systems.
3. Assist with the implementation of systems development by conducting user acceptance testing.
4. Assist The Systems Support Analyst in the provision of business support.
5. Manage the Service Now call system on behalf of the team, allocating calls to the appropriate team member.
6. Monitor performance and availability of a set of Network Rail applications on behalf of business users.
7. Provide system administration with regard to access, security, and reporting.
8. Assist in the identification and implementation of quality and efficiency improvement/change initiatives.
9. Undertake the role in a way that is consistent with and reinforces Network Rail's values and behaviours.
