Job description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support all marketing activities including the developing of our digital appearance. Working closely with an experienced Business Development team to develop the CC Infrastructure Services client base and support them in their activities such as booking meetings and following up with client liaison, whilst promoting the company as a supplier of choice.
Duties include:
* Utilising Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva to design and curate imaginative and attention-grabbing media content for use across a variety of marketing channels (email, social media, video, web, print)
* Implementation and management of marketing activities across all digital marketing channels (social channels, website, email, marketing CRM)
* Align all web content with our overall SEO strategy
* Reporting & data analysis of digital campaigns
* Manage the company website – Utilising WordPress
* LinkedIn advertisement campaigns
* Keeping all software platforms updated, such as CRM, SharePoint and Jobwatch
* Experience with Hubspot - CRM system advantageous
* LinkedIn advertisement campaigns experience is ideal but not essential
* Carrying out customer satisfaction checks once a job has been completed
* Completing follow up calls from marketing activities
* Processing all sales administration work
