Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator

Location: Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire (hybrid)
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

We are currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to help drive the success of our training offering and play a key role in the ongoing growth of our business by ensuring quality remains at the forefront of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure our provider partner complies with our quality standards.
2. Monitor Assessors in line with our QA strategy.
3. Organise quality assurance activities and process EQA reports.
4. Support the scheduling and delivery of EQA standardisation.
5. Organise the validation of assessment decisions through moderation and verification.
6. Support the monitoring of Assessor and/or EQA performance.
7. Co-ordinate the Product Management Group.
About You:
To join us as a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will need:
1. Experience of processing information and accurately analysing data and producing accurate reports suitable for the audience.
2. Experience operating quality assurance systems and processes.
3. Experience reporting data and identifying errors.
4. An understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance.
5. The ability to maintain quality system processes and document audit trails.
6. An understanding of contractual processes.
7. The ability to convey simple numerical information suitable to the audience.
8. Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
9. A full, valid driving licence and access to your own transport (due to our location).
Experience of working in a qualification-based environment would be beneficial, as would experience in a customer-facing role.
