Our client, a rapidly growing leader in data protection and cyber security solutions, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their energetic team in Leeds. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with around 1 year of sales experience who is hungry to prove themselves and climb the career ladder in one of the fastest-growing industries.
What Youll Be Doing:
Proactively reaching out to prospective clients across a range of industries, from SMEs to enterprise-level organizations
Engaging confidently with decision-makers at the C-level
Driving new business development through outbound calls, emails, and campaigns
Researching target accounts, gathering sales intelligence, and identifying key opportunities
Generating qualified leads and booking high-quality appointments for the sales team
Supporting marketing initiatives and participating in product/sales training to become an expert in cyber security solutions
What Were Looking For:
A recent graduate or someone with 6-12 months of sales experience (telesales, inside sales, or customer service with a sales focus)
A natural communicator who is confident on the phone and thrives on engaging with new people
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to prove themselves in a performance-driven role
Highly energetic, resilient, and motivated by targets
