Our friendly client based near Willen in Milton Keynes is looking for a long term part time temporary administrator to assist in their busy customer service team 3 days a week. The ideal days they would require you to be in the office are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday working the hours of 9am to 5pm. The role will involve: Managing the customer care inbox Running Reports Distributing emails from technical inbox Management of Technical Customer Service inventory, including ordering new stock Filing and any ad-hoc tasks as required You will need previous office based administration experience along with basic MS Office skills and experience. You will be an excellent communicator, detail orientated, organised and flexibility. The role is to start ASAP until Mid March 2025.
