Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers with building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Principally ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty whilst driving business growth. Playing a crucial role in fostering trust, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
The hours of work are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, with an unpaid 30-minute break. This is an office-based position.
Primary Responsibilities
* Serving as the internal point of contact for key accounts alongside Account Managers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
* Providing Job Status updates and editing/sending of work reports for clients.
* Providing quotations for contract renewals, maintenance/repair works and new product installations.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to achieve companywide revenue targets.
* Working closely with Designated Account Managers and internal Teams in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align efforts and meet client expectations.
* Meet team/individual performance goals such as MSI’s.
* Processing and managing of Purchase Orders from clients.
* Creating/Updating of Clients Asset lists.
* Sales Quotations Follow Up.
* Attend regular Sales meetings.
* Provide Clients with required documents and communication for site visits.
