We are currently recruiting for a Lead Generator based in our Head office at Fulwood. Each Lead Generator is tasked to generate appointments for field sales executives. In addition, the Lead Generator will cleanse database, making 100 outbound calls per day and 1 hour 30 minutes total talk time. They will liaise with prospects, field sales executives, and managers and will also organise field sales executives’ diaries. Each CCR will be assigned two or three field sales executives.
Candidates must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. In addition, keyboard skills and excellent communication skills are a pre-requisite. Outbound Telesales experience is preferred.
Key Tasks
1. To generate leads for the field-based sales teams via qualified appointments
2. To work to other agreed daily key performance indicators
3. To ensure that the contact management system is fully utilised and maintained in good order.
4. To ensure that all client correspondence is accurate, relevant and sent in a timely manner.
5. To communicate with the Manager and Sales Executives regarding prospects and future business needs.
6. To ensure familiarity with the products and services provided by both Johnsons Workwear and the wider Johnson Service Group.
7. Other Ad hoc duties as required.
