Job Description
* Implementing and refining HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Providing guidance to managers on HR policy and legal regulations.
* Building strong relationships across the business to influence and support change.
* Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
* Managing employee relations issues within the retail team.
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the team.
* Assisting with recruitment and retention strategies.
* Offering support and guidance on performance management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'People Partner' should have:
* An academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* A thorough understanding of HR practices and employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
* Experience in a retail environment would be beneficial.
