Position: Peripatetic Manager – Supported Living
Location: Gloucestershire
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility required)
Are you a dynamic and compassionate leader passionate about delivering high-quality care? We’re looking for a Peripatetic Manager to lead and drive exceptional care across our services in Gloucestershire.
This is a hands-on, fulfilling opportunity where you’ll make a real difference. From overseeing daily operations and auditing services to supporting staff and championing those we care for, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards.

Your Role as Peripatetic Manager:
As the Peripatetic Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, stepping in wherever needed to maintain high-quality standards across our services. You’ll lead staff through recruitment, training, performance management, and appraisals, ensuring they work in line with our values and regulatory standards. Whether it's conducting audits, managing risks, overseeing care plans, or monitoring budgets, you’ll ensure efficiency, compliance, and outstanding care. You’ll also build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, handling incidents with confidence and continuously improving the service.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an empathetic, resilient, and courageous individual with:
* Significant management experience within the Health or Social Care sector.
* Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and compliance requirements in supported housing.
* Proven experience working with vulnerable adults or young people.
* Experience in completing quality assurance audits.
* Full UK driving license (required for travel across services).
