Responsibilities
1. Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-quality software solutions for our products.
2. Oversee and contribute to the refactoring and optimisation of existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution, balancing quality and delivery speed.
4. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.
5. Support in defining and implementing development standards, ensuring they are adopted consistently across the team.
6. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical challenges in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
7. Stay ahead of the curve by researching and adopting the latest .NET technologies, cloud architectures, and industry best practices.
Requirements
1. 6+ years’ experience designing and developing software products using agile methodologies.
2. Demonstrable experience in C# and .NET Framework with a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
3. Proven expertise in modern web technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
4. Solid experience building and architecting Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
6. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.
