The role encompasses two distinct areas of responsibility: overall responsibility for the two buoy yards, one based in Swansea and the other based in Harwich, and the facility maintenance for all three depots, Harwich, Swansea and St. Just. Although based in Swansea it is expected that you will travel frequently between the three areas of responsibility. Using your skills to lead teams based at each site, you will set the strategy and standards required, to ensure that the buoy yards and depots maintain daily production and are prepared for future challenges.
