Our client is seeking an administration assistant to support the office and Executive Assistant with maintaining data, marketing and diary based tasks.
The Role:
- Maintain and manage mailing lists
- Monitor CRM data held on system
- Meeting support. Preparing agendas, take minutes and distribute material
- Travel co ordination. Prepare itineraries and travel packs for the Board as required
- Marketing tasks
The Person:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Relay messages promptly
- Must have previous administration expereience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- Previous experience in minute taking is advantageous
- Detail orientated
- Exceptional communication skills
