TEXO have an exciting opportunity for a full time Project Engineer to join our team located in Dundee on a permanent basis. The Project Engineer will manage smaller projects and support larger ones from planning to installation, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and leading by example. Duties & Responsibilities: Estimating and preparing quotes based on the enquiry received. Management of Project budget, Project Team, Bid Deadline, Project Timeline and Delivery. Progress Reporting updating client and TEXO Management via weekly / daily reporting structure. Management of design and engineering-based projects as well as fabrication and Offshore/Onshore construction installations. Ensuring that Client Relationships are maintained and developed. Time management of workload managing multiple projects. Reactive to last minute demands and short deadlines. To mentor, coach and provide experience to junior staff. Overviewing and ensuring Design Team housekeeping of Technical Files, Project Folders and Registers in line with Company procedures and processes Input and Manage Bid development, scope, budget, schedule, and lessons learned. Arrange & hold Kick of Meeting (KOM) with project staff. Allocate tasks to Project Team and record / file Minutes. Manage those tasks and deadlines. Hold & attend any necessary Management and Project meetings with relevant personnel when required. Weekly reporting to Project Team Lead – Overview Report, Costs, Schedule, Issues & AOB. Gaining daily reporting from site and tracking personnel and hire equipment movements. Ensure that Project Deliverables have been checked from a Construction viewpoint. Managing deadlines and keeping project team up to date. Supporting Management team Technically & Commercially. Assistance with estimates by providing hours, resources and deliverables required for the scope of work. Feedback to Operations and Team Leads of concerns or improvements that could be made to aid professionalism and efficiency. Participate in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence. Completing and issuing timesheet by Friday COB.
