The role:
PMO support for a strategic Programme running within our Cyber department.
Various Programme PMO activities required.
Responsibilities:
· Manage RAID (escalations) and key action logs for the programme, following up with individuals as needed to ensure adequate quality/traction
· Facilitation of reports
· Leading in the implementation of a new programme change control process
· Preparation and facilitation of Programme board and Steerco packs
· Preparing and facilitating regular reports ensuring completion and time for review ahead of submission
· Ad hoc data quality and checking tasks relating to financial and people data
· Quality spot checks across key programmes
