As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver a high-quality and confidential administrative process.
We are looking for someone to join our friendly Wildlife Trust who has previous experience of working within an HR environment, excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to making a difference, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.

About the Role
The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver a high-quality and confidential administrative process.
You will need to have experience within an HR environment, with an understanding of general best practices and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
You will be able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation, have excellent interpersonal skills, and adapt to a variety of tasks that will require good planning and organisation skills.
No two days are the same as an HR Assistant at HMWT; you will be joining a friendly and committed team and get the opportunity to learn about the valuable work that the Trust carries out.
