PMO and Projects Lead - Finance Transformation
Angel Court, London
Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in the office
Full time (35 hours per week)
£75,000 to £85,000 per annum (dependant on experience) + excellent benefits, including bonus

Bupa operates in a rapidly changing world; the Finance function plays a pivotal role in delivering value to the business. We have now embarked upon a global Finance transformation programme to deliver an ambitious Finance vision. The programme includes multiple global projects that will implement new technologies, leverage data to deliver better insight, ensure compliance with new regulations and drive cultural change through streamlining processes and new ways of working
How you’ll help us make health happen:
1. Own the transformation roadmap and resource plan
2. Lead the delivery of monthly status and assurance reporting
3. Lead the delivery of project ‘health checks’
4. Manage programme level RAID; proactively managing programme level risks & issues
5. Assure strong financial management across the programme
6. Work with project sponsors / leads to ensure good practice project delivery
7. Support the delivery of the annual financial project planning process
8. Develop and own the project delivery methodology and associated tools & methods
9. Lead / support delivery of projects as required
10. Management of 1 junior resource
What you'll bring:
11. Significant experience of working in Finance functions of complex global organisations in a project / PMO lead role.
12. Experience of developing good practice project delivery tools & methods.
13. Excellent communication & presentation skills (written and verbal) able delivery high quality reporting to senior stakeholders and the senior programme Steerco including the Group Chief Financial Officer
14. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
15. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple projects concurrently.
16. Experience of leading project delivery
