Human Resource Administrator at The NSS Group Part of Support Services Fixed Term Contract – 6 months Salary - £24,000 pa The Division – HR The HR division at NSS is responsible for supporting our employees and business operations by delivering high-quality human resource services. We focus on employee engagement, compliance, system management, and talent development. As part of our ongoing commitment to efficiency and innovation, we are implementing a new HR information system (HRIS) to enhance our processes and data management. Job Overview: Main Purpose of the Job To provide system support with the integration of a new HRIS, ensuring accurate data migration, system functionality, and seamless adoption across the business. Your job will include: Input, update, and maintain accurate HR data in the new system. Assist with the migration of employee records from the existing system to the new platform. Conduct data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support testing and troubleshooting of the new system to identify and resolve any issues. Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies. Provide administrative support to the HR team as required, including document management and reporting. Assist with employee queries related to system changes and data updates. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with HR systems or database management (experience with system implementation is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to handle confidential data with discretion. Strong organisational and time management skills.
