An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Roster Support Assistant to join the Healthroster team as part of the Workforce Systems, Planning and Insight department in the HR Division.
The successful applicant will be a creative thinker who will provide advice and system support to eRostering users throughout ESHT.
They will work with the Healthroster team and system users to ensure that the system is used efficiently, roster data is accurate, and processes are clear and adhered to.
We are looking for a bright team player who is enthusiastic, with strong numerical ability and who can thrive in a busy, fast paced environment.
You will be able to manage workloads as well as having excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
External and internal training will be provided.
To provide support for the implementation and use of the eRostering system across the trust for all staff groups.
To provide advice and support to eRostering users.
To support users to use the eRostering system in the most efficient and accurate way.
To report and analyse roster data in order to identify training needs and user issues.
