Customer Markets: Trading Desks: Catering to banks and hedge funds. Consoles: Serving premium market segments like energy, transport networks, air traffic control, and emergency services. Flat Screen Arms: Primarily sold to financial services and network command centres. About the role: As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and providing after-sales support. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record of success in the commercial furniture industry. Your Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize growth and profitability. Manage key accounts : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, including facilities managers, IT professionals, and end-users. Provide exceptional customer service : Respond promptly to client inquiries, address concerns effectively, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the sales process. Collaborate effectively : Work closely with internal teams (design, manufacturing, project management) to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay ahead of the curve : Conduct market research, analyse competitor activity, and provide valuable insights to the team. Contribute to business strategy : As a member of the senior management team, you'll participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall success of the business. Your Skills and Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly within financial sectors, working with banks and hedge funds. Experience working in the commercial interiors market. Deep understanding of the commercial furniture industry, with experience in design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service. Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency and a passion for innovative products. Experience working with architects, designers, and furniture contractors. Proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
