Customer Markets: Trading Desks: Catering to banks and hedge funds. Consoles: Serving premium market segments like energy, transport networks, air traffic control, and emergency services. Flat Screen Arms: Primarily sold to financial services and network command centres. Your Responsibilities: Develop and manage customized sales proposals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track sales prospects. Craft and execute effective sales strategies tailored to individual clients. Build strong relationships with clients and uncover new business opportunities. Collaborate with the factory on product specifications, costing, and design proposals. Provide exceptional after-sales support. Actively contribute to the overall business strategy as a member of the senior management team. Your Skills and Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly within financial sectors, working with banks and hedge funds. Deep understanding of the commercial furniture industry, with experience in design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service. Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency and a passion for innovative products. Experience working with architects, designers, and furniture contractors. Proven ability to manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
