Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Employ persuasion skills to effectively resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. About You: Strong communication skills are essential; you should be comfortable engaging with various customers, suppliers and internal departments. Experience of working within a complex, fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment would be highly advantageous. Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. IT literate. An adaptable individual who can thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple priorities. A calm demeanour, with the ability to manage pressure without frustration. Working Hours and Salary: Salary: £26,250 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday working either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm shift. Location: Based in a brand-new facility in Banbury and easily accessible from Warwick, Towcester, Bicester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Moreton-In-Marsh, Shipston-On-Stour and neighbouring towns.
