Ocean Export Operator - Freight Forwarding
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)

From You:
3+ years' experience in Sea Export Freight Forwarding and have a working knowledge and experience in processing export customs entries using CDS.
Handling FCL and LCL shipments from start to finish including customs clearance, raising, and checking documentation.
Candidate will need to have great communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Role:
1. Quoting overseas agents and UK customers
2. Interact with UK customers and overseas agents to arrange shipments
3. Customer updates and customer requests
4. Arranging transport and client updates
5. Providing quotes to overseas agents
6. Invoicing
7. Cross trade Sea freight LCL and FCL shipments
