What We’re Looking For: Hold a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. Have proven experience in managing a unit within a similar setting. Be an exceptional mentor and practitioner with a solid understanding of the EYFS. Hold up-to-date certifications in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene. Have experience working in a baby room. Be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and parents to achieve common goals. Hold a valid enhanced DBS. Be flexible with the working week and willing to work as part of a team. Responsibilities As Room Manager, your key duties will include: Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly checks are completed effectively in your room. Monitoring accident trends and ensuring actions are taken appropriately. Leading and managing your team, providing motivation and training tailored to their individual needs.
