Proposed Interview Date: W/C 3rd February 2025 The role As a Property Officer (PRS), within the Residential Management team, you will provide a quality, helpful, responsive and value for money service to all Private Rental Sector (PRS) residents. As first point of contact for our private tenants you will be there to respond to all queries and maintenance and repair issues. Travel is required for tenancy inspections. You will be expected to drive exceptional levels of customer service to make Redwing a landlord of choice. You will recognise that this is an inherently mobile customer base, and understand that providing them with an efficient, quality, and hassle-free service is central to retaining existing business, building our reputation, and attracting new customers. You can deal with challenges and setbacks whilst adapting to changing requirements. You’re self-motivated to set high standards and embrace new challenges. NAEA/ARLA/NFOPP Qualification. Experience working in a sales environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbally with people at all levels. You must be able to demonstrate empathy when dealing with and resolving dispute situations. A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle is essential.
