As our Cafe and Catering Chef, you will manage and deliver catering operations across our hubs, prepare and serve meals for events and cafes, and lead a small team of supervisors. Your role will be pivotal in supporting and training staff and volunteers, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years’ experience as a chef or an equivalent qualification. Excellent communication and management skills are essential, as is a commitment to the values of The Nelson Trust. A positive attitude and passion for success are crucial, along with a full clean driving license. IT literacy and knowledge of business infrastructure are desirable, as is a Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
