We are currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Health Adviser to provide an effective occupational health and wellbeing service to one of the three Acute Hospitals within the MSE Trust and external organisations, as contracted.
If successful, you will actively participate and contribute to the development of a high-quality Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for all staff in the Trust and external organisations.
You will also proactively engage with all stakeholders in order to influence the health and well-being of the organisation and its employees and offer specialist advice on matters related to occupational health and wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse or hold Professional Registration, have an OH Diploma or equivalent degree, and have experience as an Occupational Health Adviser either in the private sector or at a Band 5 level or above.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who is dedicated to working as part of the team. Some of your main duties will include:
1. Providing an effective occupational health and wellbeing service across the three Acute Hospitals within the MSE NHS Trust and external organisations, as contracted.
2. Actively participating and contributing to the development of a high-quality Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service for all staff in the Trust and external organisations.
3. Proactively engaging with all stakeholders in order to influence the health and well-being of the organisation and its employees.
4. Offering specialist advice on matters related to occupational health and wellbeing.

Salary: £37,338 a year (Per Annum, Pro Rata for Part Time)
