Role Overview As our Member Experience Advisor, you will work as part of our Member Experience Team under the guidance of our Member Support Team Manager to facilitate and enhance the experience of our plan members by providing quick, efficient, and meaningful support to their queries and questions. You will work with our members to ensure they get the most out of their Team RH plan and maximise their achievements in their desire to change their life. Working with our range of products and services you will review our members, their progress, and goals/achievements. Enhance their development and progress by cross-managing the products and services available to each member to boost their progress on the plan. Working between our member groups and profiles you will build a relationship with our members to ensure they are provided efficient, knowledgeable, and meaningful support to enhance their “Life Plan” Journey with Team RH. Responsibilities Provide Support - Working with our members across channels, provide help and support to our members as they require it for a fast and efficient return to plan progress. Reach our members - You will touch a lot of our members for a short time. You will be working with all associated members to develop and enhance their journey for that short time to ensure they have a lasting emotional connection to us. Develop proactive support - Team RH is all about no BS, so when you see trending issues impacting our members, support the Member Support Team Manager by drawing ideas on how to fix issues and proactively stop other members being impacted. Develop new ways to engage our members - Using your knowledge of the Life Plan and the members in front of you, you will provide solutions to member progress which allows them to focus on the development of their goals throughout their life really addressing their needs and wants. Coaching and Mentoring - Provide direct and indirect plan coaching to our members to help them develop their plan goals Drive Long-Term Relationships - Review member profiles and goals to adapt their plans and goals to build long-term relationships that extend beyond an initial sign-up period. Experience and Qualifications Strong rapport and interpersonal skills Ability to work hard and under pressure to achieve high-volume work streams. Ability to review data and information and make recommendations Ability to have difficult conversations with ease. Ability to promote services and products designed to boost member satisfaction. Ability to understand the needs of our members and provide a package of services to help achieve this. Ability to think outside the box to deliver something truly unique and personalised.
