Customer Advisor
Start date: 20th January 2025
£22,750, rising to £23,088 after successful completion of probation period
Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex - close to public transport links and with a free car park
Permanent - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 08:45am - 17:15pm, with occasional Early or Late shifts (Early = 08:00am - 16:30pm, Late = 10:00am - 18:00pm). There can be a little flexibility around this.

Here you would be responsible for providing a high level of customer care to our client's customers and healthcare professionals. Our client provides vital medical products that help their clients to lead normal lives. The role:
This is a very busy and varied role, but the main priority will be to manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and healthcare professionals. This is an amazing opportunity to gain office experience, start a career in customer service, and have the opportunity to progress. You will need to be understanding, supportive, and able to be empathetic with customers.
Suitable candidates will:
1. Have good customer service skills, gained from any background
2. Be PC literate
3. Good communication skills, over the phone, face to face, and via email
