2nd Line Support - Watford 3 Months, On site £200 to £250 a day Outside IR35 Austin Fraser are working with a Consultancy to place a 2nd Line Engineer for an 3 month contract with strong potential for extension. The role will be based on site 5 days a week (no flex in this) with the 2nd Line Engineer providing end user support to circa 300 users. Experience/Role: - 3 to 5 years IT Support experience - Dealing with escalations/tickets from the Service Desk - Supporting tech stacks such as Windows OS, O365 (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) - Building/Setting up new laptops - Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Using Intune/SCCM to push out updates If you are interested in the role and able to commit to 5 days a week on site (Mon - Fri) then please send your CV for consideration.
