This role demands a professional with a minimum of three years' experience in residential litigation, particularly within the realm of long leasehold matters. Key Responsibilities: - Debt Recovery: Manage small claims, fast-track, and multi-track cases. - Breach of Lease: Handle County Court and FTT actions. - Forfeiture and Possession Proceedings: Oversee these critical processes. - Lease Extensions & Variations: Execute and manage lease modifications. - FTT Applications: Prepare and submit applications. - Lease Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews and provide insights. - Enforcement of Judgments: Ensure compliance and enforcement. - Client Advisory: Offer expert advice on major works consultations, s20b notices, lease variations, lease structures, and notices of repairs. - Pre-Litigation Support: Assist the pre-litigation team with queries. - Business Development: Attend industry events and client meetings.
