Job Description
3. Providing administrative support to the HR department
4. Assisting with recruitment and onboardingonboarding processes
5. Keeping up-to-date records of employees
6. Maintaining HR databases and systems
7. Assisting in the organisation of staff training and development programmes
8. Handling HR-related documentation and correspondence
9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
10. Supporting the HR team in daily administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
11. An educational qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
12. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
13. Strong organisational and time-management skills
14. Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach
15. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
16. Familiarity with labour laws
17. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
