Production - About the Team
We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative Production Agency. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we are a trusted content partner of global aspirational brands such as Disney, Sky, Nestle and many more. We offer a combination of Creative, Production, Tech and complete end to end Project Management and Client Service which our clients rely on to deliver exceptional content. The Production team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of stills, video and film services across the full client portfolio. This team is 25 strong and is integral to the business and production success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment.
About The Role
The Senior Producer will lead multiple projects and workstreams, bringing a level of experience and expertise that can handle more complex projects and accounts comfortably.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. As a Senior Producer you will take ownership of creative projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the team. Overseeing the production process from end to end, ensuring that all requirements from the client are completed on time and within budget.
2. Overseeing complex and high-end campaigns, requiring skill and effort, whilst monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail, colleagues will rely on the senior producer to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and problem-solve where needed.
4. Ensure that the lead producer is kept up to speed with all aspects of each shoot, and that efficiencies are made when necessary and possible.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Be the point of escalation for clients on set and be the point of contact for multiple clients at any given time.
7. Mentor production team members on new ways of working and best practice, including training on new systems and documentation.
8. Be a present member of the team, and demonstrate what ‘good looks like’ to those more junior members of the team.
9. Driving processes end-to-end, this role involves encouraging the team to simplify processes in order and be more productive.
10. Confident in decision making, the senior producer is always ready to face new challenges while striving for the best client output.
Example task level responsibilities
Pre-Production
11. Create budget and timing plan for the Production using agency systems
12. Ensure resources are booked and briefed o Distribute model briefs to agencies, collate and share with client
13. Liaise and provide project visibility with Crew
14. Confirm all studio and resource booking
15. Source and book models
16. Hiring and booking equipment
17. Set build – briefs/bookings/co-ordinate and oversee quality to brief
18. Samples – book in merch/co-ordinate and oversee quality to brief
19. Stylist – book in steaming clothing/wardrobe shopping- brief
20. Prep day full team – provide brief if received from client, otherwise run through information production does have i.e. set requirements/models
21. PPM with client
22. Circulate call sheets
Shoot
23. Present and prepared on set
24. Co-ordinating shoot
25. Tracking all deliverables are captured
26. Bringing models on to set
27. Point of contact and knowledge holder for any questions
28. Support shoot crew/advice of changes
29. Liaise with client services for decisions and scope management
30. Manage deliverables through process
Post- Production
31. Pack Down
32. Brief and oversee deliverables in retouch or video (if in scope)
33. PO, reports
34. Administration tasks – checking invoices, queries

Skills & Experience
36. Experience producing stills, video and film in a creative agency
37. Great client facing and producer management skills
38. Ability to own key accounts and deliver complex and high value projects with self-sufficiency
39. Experience delivering in a fast-paced environment – and adapting to business needs
40. Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
41. Experience of delivering a variety of integrated projects for platforms including television, digital, online and social – including creative and production
42. Systems lead approach with production practices and delivery with good understanding of production methodology
43. Approachable and a confident communicator (in person and on email), pathfinder and problem solver
44. Interest and appreciation of high-quality creative output
45. 5+ years experience – creative industry experience essential.
