Key Responsibilities:
The Analyse Team Leader will provide strategic direction to the Analyse and Triage department, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of IT Service Desk operations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on driving process improvements, enhancing team productivity, and promoting a culture of innovation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role will also involve hands-on analysis and problem-solving, requiring a high degree of technical expertise and analytical skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
