We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our MoJ Contract Administration team based in Trowbridge. Location : On site - Trowbridge, Wiltshire Hours : 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Flexible start/end times may be available, please let us know if required. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice Contract Administration team, supporting them in operational tasks across the contract. Your day to day will include: Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader. Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader. Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers. Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers. What are we looking for?
