Associate Divisional Director of Pharmacy - Brighton & Hove
As the Associate Divisional Director of Pharmacy, you will be a valuable member of the divisional leadership team supporting the trust, its services, and the pharmacy team in developing and delivering quality care for the people we serve. This post supports the Brighton & Hove Division for the following functions:
* Formulary adherence
* Medicines spend evaluation and efficiencies
* Delivery of the medicines optimisation strategy
Main duties of the job
This post will work in partnership with the Managing Director and the Clinical Director, and with the other Professional Leads and the rest of the Division's Senior Leadership Team to provide demonstrable assurance that the quality of clinical services, including patient safety, experience, and effectiveness, meet the required standards and can be well evidenced and communicated. This will be achieved by effective leadership of the Division's pharmacy team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to master's level or equivalent in a health-related field
* Evidence of significant relevant professional development
* Registered pharmacist (General Pharmaceutical Council)
* Proven ability to perform at strategic and senior management level
