Job Summary: Manage Software and Device Lifecycle processes for an estate of over 40k+ devices, ensuring all software is in a supported state and devices remain supported.
Your Role: Work in the EUS team, liaising with vendors, engaging with clients, and maintaining refresh and lifecycle processes to deliver continued End User Support.

Requirements:
* Subject Matter Expert in Release and Deployment Management
* Knowledge of Service Management Best Practice
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of relevant software
* ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate
* ITIL V3/4 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional or ITIL4 Strategic Leader
Security Clearance: To be successfully appointed, you must be eligible for Security Check (DV) clearance, requiring continuous UK residence for the last 10 years and meeting other criteria.
