Duties:
1. Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and specific orders
2. Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
3. Handle food preparation tasks such as slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
5. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and special requests
7. Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience
8. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
Skills:
1. Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
2. Strong time management skills to ensure timely order completion
3. Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
4. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and equipment operation
5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other kitchen staff members
6. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and take their orders accurately
7. Attention to detail to ensure sandwiches are prepared according to specific instructions
8. Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
