OFFICE JUNIOR – 35 HOURS PER WEEK
FIXED TERM - 10 MONTH CONTRACT
Kingswells Medical Practice is seeking to recruit an Office Junior. Normal working hours will be 8am – 3.30pm (with half an hour unpaid lunch break) Monday – Friday.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual with excellent communication skills. A competent understanding of confidentiality and computer skills is necessary.
Examination qualifications at National 5 at Grade B and above in English.
Full training will be given.
Duties Will Include (but Not Limited To)
* Processing of patient prescriptions
* Dealing with Emails
* Electronic filing to patient records
* New patient registrations
* Communicating with all members of the Healthcare Team
* Photocopying
* Scanning
